 अपने pratical work या duty के दौरान एक मोटर का data का details show कर रहा हूं। 


• Efficiency ( η) निकालने के लिए →  efficiency = output ÷ input , = 7.5 kw ÷ 8.33 kw = 7500 ÷8330 , = 0.9 या 90 % , answer ✓ 

• Slip % निकालने के लिए → slip = ( NS - N ) ÷ NS, = ( 3000 - 2900 ) ÷ 3000 , = 100 ÷ 3000  , = 0.033 , =. % के लिए 100 से गुणा करेंगे , = 0.033 × 100 = 3.3 % , answer ✓ 

• Motor का pole निकालना →  

» Pole = ( 120 × f ) ÷ NS = ( 120 × 50 ) ÷ 2900 , = 2.01 या 2 pole , answer ✓ 

• Motor का HP निकालना →  kw ÷ 746 , = 8.33 ÷ 746 , = 11.16 या 11 HP , answer ✓ 

• Motor की current निकालना → IL = input power ÷ ( √3 × VL × Cos Ø ) ,  Cos Ø 0.73 मानकर चलेंगे । 

» IL = 8330 ÷ ( √3 × 415 × 0.7 ) , = 16.55 ampere,   in star , line current= phase current = 16.55 ampere , 

In delta , line current = √3 phase current , phase current = line current ÷ √3 ,  » 16.55 ÷ √3 , = 9.55 ampere , answer ✓ 

• Insulation = E class insulation 120 °c emanelled wire insulation on basis of polyvinly formed poly urethane and epoxy resins , moulding Power plastic etc..

Electrical bill निकालना,

  Question = किसी electrical circuit में 15 lights point प्रत्येक 60 watt, 8 light point प्रत्येक 40 watt , 6 fan प्रत्येक 40 watt और एक pump 1/2 HP का हैं।light और fan का 50% load प्रतिदिन 4 hours और pump प्रतिदिन 3 hours काम करता है। 33paisa/kWh unit की दर से एक महीने के लिए बिल बनाओ?  Solution = (1) 15 light point प्रत्येक 60w= 15×60= 900 watt,  (2) 8 light point प्रत्येक 40w = 8×40=320 watt, (3) 6 fan point प्रत्येक 40= 6×40= 240 watt,  (4) 1/2 hp का pump =746/2 = 373 watt, Lights और fan का Total watt =900+320+240= 1460 Watt,  Lights और fan का 50% load=1460×50÷100;  730 watt,       so, watthour= 730×4= 2920 wh, pump का watt hours =373×3= 1119 watt hours,   Total kWh= 2920+1119     = 4039                                                   1000            ...
